1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with VaranasiDarshan or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not book or use our services.

2. Booking & Payment

Booking Process

• Bookings via WhatsApp, website, or phone
• 50% advance payment required to confirm booking
• Balance payment on arrival or 48 hours before tour
• Confirmation within 2 hours of advance payment

Payment Methods

• UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)
• Bank Transfer
• Cash on arrival (balance only)

3. Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days before: 90% refund
• 3-6 days before: 50% refund
• 48-72 hours: 25% refund
• Less than 48 hours: No refund

Note: Weather-related cancellations (monsoon/heavy rain) - full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

4. Participant Requirements

• Minimum age: 5 years (infants free)
• Participants must be physically fit for walking (2-3 km daily)
• Temple dress code mandatory: Traditional attire (dhoti/saree)
• No alcohol/drugs permitted during tours

5. Service Description

Services include transportation, English/Hindi guides, VIP passes, and coordination. We do not guarantee:

• Temple darshan duration (depends on temple authorities)
• Weather conditions
• Festival crowd levels

VIP Darshan: Priority queue access (15-45 mins estimated). Exact time varies by temple crowd.

6. Boat Ride Terms

• Life jackets mandatory
• Not recommended for pregnant women or heart patients
• Monsoon season (July-Sep): Operations subject to Ganga water levels
• Maximum 6 persons per boat

7. Transportation

• AC Innova/Ertiga (4-6 passengers)
• Toyota Etios (2-3 passengers)
• Tempos available for larger groups
• Vehicle AC may be switched off at ghats/temple areas

8. Liability & Safety

VaranasiDarshan is not liable for:

• Personal injuries or accidents
• Theft or loss of belongings
• Temple rituals efficacy
• Delays due to traffic, temple queues, or authorities

Participants travel at their own risk. Basic travel insurance recommended.

9. Photography & Conduct

• Temple photography restrictions apply
• Respect local customs and pandits
• No littering at ghats
• Maintain silence during poojas

Guides may refuse service to participants violating conduct rules.

10. Pricing & Taxes

• Prices inclusive of GST
• Additional poojas/offerings charged separately
• Rates subject to change during festivals
• Child rates: 50% for 5-12 years

11. Force Majeure

No liability for services affected by:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Temple closures
• Strikes or civil unrest

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes subject to Varanasi jurisdiction. We encourage amicable resolution first.
